The California Association of Realtors® reported the median price for an existing, single-family detached homes in San Bernardino County dropped 27.2 percent, bringing the median price $397,640 to $289,660. In the High Desert, however, the median price of High Desert homes is considerably less than surrounding areas, such as Riverside and other San Bernardino County regions.
